Snowman and Scarecrow

Everywhere was covered by snow and it was very cold. Snowman and Scarecrow were sitting beside each other in a farm. Snowman removed his carrot nose and gave it to rabbit who was starving. Scarecrow said he would die if he gave away his body organs. But Snowman was very kind. He gave his hazelnut buttons to a squirrel who was very hungry. He gave his arm to an old man as a cane and his cap and shawl to a boy who shivered from cold. Next day the little boy fetched a pinecone, several buttons, two logs and colourful papers and made nose, eyes, arms and cap for Snowman.
