The Lover and Sanam
Wandering Lover was in love with Shah Sanam who was the only daughter
of a very rich merchant. He decided to leave her for seven years and travel
around the world to earn money and then to marry her. He was a good guitar
player and a better singer. He went to Aleppo and was supported by the
governor. When he was informed of the wedding, he could return home with
the help of an unknown horseman who was an angel. He could marry his love
and his sister married the nominated birdegroom.
