Hassani, on dear Hassani

In a crisis-stricken poor city the ruler is being chosen by pigeons. The flying Pigeon sits on the head of a bald person and he becomes the ruler. The owners of pigeons, the dealers of pigeons, the outlaws and all sorts of other groups and bands start arriving at ruler's place to persuade him how important their role has been in the bird's choosing him as a ruler. The Bald and his mother come to live in the palace. His ministers and the millitary chief as well as dozens of other gather around the Bald man, but he is unable to decide what are all these people good for. In the end, he manages to settle the problems and rescue the city. When everything is the way he wants, he decides to marry who ever has a pigeon loved by his pigeon. The day comes, but he leaves the earth to join the sky birds.
