My Cloudy Day
The sky was full of clouds but it had forgotten how to rain. Mother
told her daughter to recite the rain poem many times to remind the clouds
to rain. The girl and her friend sung the poems seventy times and mother
wove jackets for them out of the clouds. Snow fell and settled in the
courtyard.
